1. The service
Vortuxedo is a browser-based tool that lets you preview clothing artwork on an avatar and export a preview image. It is a visual aid only; it does not guarantee that an item will be accepted by, fit within, or appear identically on any game, platform, device, or production system.
2. Who may use it
You must be legally able to agree to these terms. If you are under the age required to enter an online agreement where you live, a parent or guardian must approve your use.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of images and artwork you use. You give the browser permission to process that content only as needed to display and export your preview. You are responsible for ensuring that you own the content or have all permissions needed to use it.
Do not use content that is unlawful, infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights, contains malware, or exploits, harms, or depicts children inappropriately.
4. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer for malicious purposes, bypass security, gain unauthorised access, or use the service to break the law or another platform’s rules. You must not misrepresent Vortuxedo as endorsing, certifying, or publishing your content.
5. Our materials
The Vortuxedo name, interface, graphics, code, and supplied assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may be used only as the service permits. Third-party names, game assets, templates, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not transfer ownership of your content or third-party materials to us.
6. Downloads and third-party services
Preview exports are generated for convenience. You are responsible for checking downloaded files and for how you publish or use them. The website may rely on third-party hosting and infrastructure providers; their availability, security controls, and terms may also affect the service.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, including features and supplied examples. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every browser, or permanent storage of settings or content.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.
Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or other protections that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vortuxedo and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, loss of profits or data, platform rejection, or loss caused by relying on a preview. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.
10. Ending access
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, third parties, or comply with law. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including ownership, disclaimers, and liability terms—will survive.
11. Updates and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date above will show the latest revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
