This policy explains how the operator of Vortuxedo handles information when you use the avatar clothing previewer. “Vortuxedo”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to that operator.
2. Images you choose
Templates, photos, and other artwork you select are processed locally by code running in your web browser to create the preview and any exported image. We do not intentionally transmit those files to our servers, keep a copy, sell them, or share them with advertisers.
Closing or refreshing the page clears the active preview. A file you download remains on your device under your browser’s normal download settings.
3. Technical information
Like most hosted websites, our hosting and content-delivery providers may automatically receive limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. This can include your IP address, browser and device type, requested page, request time, and security or diagnostic logs.
We use this information only where necessary to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the service. Where applicable, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a reliable and secure website.
4. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
The previewer does not currently set advertising cookies, run behavioural advertising, or use analytics trackers. Our hosting provider may use essential technologies or logs required to provide and secure its infrastructure.

We do not sell or rent personal information. Limited technical information may be processed by hosting, infrastructure, or security providers on our behalf, or disclosed where required by law, a valid legal process, or to protect users and the service.

We do not retain your selected images. Technical logs, if produced by our hosting provider, are retained according to the provider’s settings and policies and only for as long as reasonably needed for delivery, security, diagnostics, or legal obligations. Infrastructure providers may process information in other countries using safeguards required by applicable law.
